These terms govern your use of FitFlow, operated by John Torres. By using the service, you agree to them.
Using FitFlow
FitFlow offers workout, nutrition, progress and community features. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must use the service lawfully and respect other users.
Fitness information
Workout and nutrition content is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before changing your exercise or diet, especially if you have a health condition. Stop an activity if you feel unwell.
Subscriptions and trial
Web subscriptions offer a 7-day trial when available. A payment card is required, and the selected plan renews automatically at the price shown at checkout after the trial and each billing period until canceled. The current web offers are $14.99 per month or $99.99 per year; the final price and any applicable taxes are shown by Stripe before you confirm. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first plan charge.
Canceling
You can request cancellation in the account subscription controls. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Canceling does not automatically refund past charges. For billing questions, use the contact address below.
Community content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you permit FitFlow to display it as needed to provide the service. Do not post content you lack permission to share, harass others, or submit unlawful or harmful material. We may remove content or restrict accounts that misuse the service.
Availability and changes
Features may change or be interrupted. We may update these terms and will show the effective date of the current version. If you do not agree with updated terms, stop using the service and cancel any ongoing subscription.
Limits
FitFlow is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, John Torres is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on fitness content, service interruptions, or content submitted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
