This policy explains how FitFlow, operated by John Torres, handles information when you use the app and website.
Information you provide
FitFlow collects account details such as your name and email address; profile details such as your bio, gym, city and fitness preferences; workouts, exercises, weights, goals, meal logs and nutrition targets; and photos, posts, comments and messages you choose to submit. Some of this information concerns your health and fitness.
Payments and technical data
Stripe processes web subscription payments. FitFlow receives subscription status, plan and billing-period information, but does not store your full payment-card details. The app and its service providers may process device, usage and diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the service.
How information is used
We use this information to run your account and subscription, show your progress and personalized fitness features, connect you with other users when you use social features, send requested reminders and service messages, maintain security, and respond to support requests.
What other users can see
Content you post to the feed and comments can be seen by other FitFlow users. Your display name, bio, gym, city and partner preference may be visible to other users through profile and partner features. Do not include sensitive information in public posts or messages that you do not want shared.
Service providers and files
We use service providers for app hosting and account services, payment processing through Stripe, and delivery of service messages. Files uploaded to public storage may be accessible to anyone with their link, even when the app does not display them publicly. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and choices
Your data is kept while needed to provide FitFlow and meet applicable legal, security or accounting requirements. You may edit profile details in the app. For access, correction or deletion requests, use the contact email below. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not itself delete account data.
Security and children
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service is completely secure. FitFlow is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
Updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
